    15 minutes | No charge

    Begin your journey towards self-discovery with a consultation session, designed to allow us to get to know each other to determine if it's the right fit for your personal growth.

Cancelation Policy: Please provide 24 hours notice prior to canceling your session and do not hesitate to reach out to reschedule. If less than 24 hours is provided you will be responsible for 50% cost of the session. However, extenuating circumstances will be considered.

FAQs

  • Psychotherapy is not covered under provincial health care, however some private insurance providers do cover the cost. Please check with your insurance provider.

  • I am currently accepting etransfer, visa debit, and any type of credit card

  • Our sessions will generally last an hour. If you are interested in booking a 30 minute session, or a session that is longer than an hour please reach out via email or phone in order to book. Our online booking platform will only book hour-long sessions.

  • Our first session is called an “intake session”, this gives me the opportunity to learn more about you and a bit about your history and the reason you are seeking support. This is also an opportunity for you to ask me questions if you’d like!

  • In the event you require immediate assistance for mental health support please contact the Mental Health Crisis Line at 705-728-5044. If this is an emergency please dial 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
